Once you join, you'll have immediate access to a multitude of resources including, the Summer Wellness Series and Becoming Mindful, our signature mini-course that will teach you how to meditate. Each week we set weekly wellness goals (Mondays), share mindful moments (Wednesdays) and share gratitude with Friday BRIGHT SPOTS.
